The Magpul Original Equipment Grip (MOE) is a drop-in replacement for the standard pistol grip on AR15/M16 rifles. Designed with improved ergonomics and an anti-slip texture, the MOE Grip accepts standard Magpul MIAD storage cores, and is compatible with the Magpul Enhanced Aluminum Trigger Guard. Will not work with AR10/SR25 style rifles without modification. MOE Grip includes a basic core plug and installation hardware. Available in Dark Earth and OD Green.

Make sure gun is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction.

Instructions:

Turn rifle upside down. Remove original grip per armory guidelines, taking care not to lose the fire control selector/safety detent parts held in place by the grip.

Remove selector spring leaving selector detent in receiver.

Remove MOE grip core and small plastic bag inside core containing pan-head mounting screw.

Verify selector detent is in receiver and install selector spring in grip body right side top hole.

Fit MOE onto lower receiver, making sure the selector spring engages the receiver without binding.

Using a flat-head screwdriver, install the supplied pan-head screw through the front hole and hand tighten to receiver. Do NOT re-use original mounting screw/lock washer.

Test safety selector and perform final inspection.

Always test fire your weapon prior to operational use.
