The rear sling mount is made of steel with a black phosphate finish and will attach to an AR15, M16, and MOST carbines with no modifications to the rifle. The rear sling mount features a quick release and will fit some CAR stocks. It replaces the rear sling loop and attaches with original bottom butt plate screw. This allows quick removal of sling when receivers are separated.

Make sure gun is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction.

Instructions:

Remove bottom butt plate screw and rear sling loop. Insert new sling swivel mount pin so that it is properly oriented with the angle of the stock. Reinstall bottom butt plate screw. Front sling mounts and quick release swivels with phosphate finish are available.
