Shipping Policy

Shipping via USPS
When shipping with the United States Post Office Priority Mail, there is no option for tracking packages. Because of the lack of tracking and delivery receipts, we are unable to ensure that your package has been delivered to you. This means we are unable to take responsibility for lost packages. All packages shipped using Priority Mail will be considered delivered to the customer once they have left our facility.

Shipping Time
We strive to ship the same day or next day with all orders. However, certain circumstances may hinder us from doing so such as weather disruptions or company events.

Return Policy

All KNS Precision, Inc. products are designed and manufactured to provide you with years of reliable performance. In the event your KNS Precision, Inc. product requires repair or replacement, under the conditions of our Lifetime Warranty, please follow the instructions on this page.

The instructions listed below will avoid any undue processing delays for your warranty claim:

To obtain warranty service, you must send an email to KNS Precision, Inc. at the following email address:

When you send your email, please include the following:

-Product Name/Description

-Date of Purchase or Transfer of Ownership

-Where the product was purchased from

-Reason for your warranty claim

-Photos of the defective or damaged product

-Your name, telephone number and mailing address

One of our customer service representatives will contact you within a reasonable time period to advise you of the most appropriate solution to your claim.

 

If you are wishing to return a product for any reason outside our Lifetime Warranty, please send the same information as above and substitute your reason for return in place of the reason for warranty claim and photos.

***Be advised we will accept most returns for exchange or replacement as long as the product is new in the original packaging. In these cases you will be responsible for return shipping cost to and from KNS Precision, Inc. If you request a refund for KNS Precision, Inc. products purchased directly through our website and the refund is authorized you will only receive a refund for the product minus a 5% restocking fee and any shipping fees incurred by KNS Precision, Inc.

 All Dealer/Distributor Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. 

Lifetime Warranty Disclaimer

 Thank you for your interest in the products and services of KNS Precision, Inc.

This Lifetime Warranty applies to the physical goods manufactured by KNS Precision, Inc.

What does this Lifetime Warranty cover?

         This Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under intended normal use during the expected lifetime of said product.

What will KNS Precision, Inc do?

         KNS Precision, Inc. will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, products or parts of products that we determine to have manufacturing defects.

How long does the coverage last?

         The warranty period for physical goods manufactured by KNS Precision, Inc. is the expected lifetime of the product.

The Lifetime Warranty is transferable with the transfer of ownership.

What does this Lifetime Warranty not cover?

         This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

-conditions, malfunctions or damage not a result of defects in material or workmanship

-user neglect, misuse, or abuse

-theft or loss

We may at our sole discretion require the user to ship the product to us, freight paid for by the buyer, to inspect the product and determine further action.
